2Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

All Penlisse writing instruments are meticulously handcrafted by master artisans. Minor variations in finish, grain pattern, nib alignment, or lacquer depth may naturally occur during the handcrafting process.

These subtle variations are inherent to handcrafted luxury goods and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique, and these small differences are a testament to its artisanal heritage.

318K Solid Gold Nibs

Our fountain pens feature 18K solid gold nibs that are:

• Hand-ground by master nibsmiths
• Individually tested for ink flow consistency
• Guaranteed for structural perfection

Each nib is calibrated to deliver a consistent, wet line with minimal pressure.

4Bespoke Orders & Custom Engraving

Bespoke Commissions

Penlisse accepts bespoke commissions for custom nib grinds, personalized monogramming, limited edition lacquer finishes, and one-of-a-kind writing instruments.

Important Bespoke Terms

• Bespoke rates are determined by materials, craftsmanship, and artisan hours
• Custom orders require a 50% deposit before work commences
• Lead times vary from 6–12 weeks depending on complexity
• Bespoke pieces are non-refundable once production begins

5Product Usage & Care

Our writing instruments are intended for professional, creative, and personal correspondence.

• Fountain pens should be cleaned and flushed regularly
• Use high-quality fountain pen ink only
• Store pens horizontally or nib-up when not in use
• Penlisse is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or use of incompatible inks

6Pricing & Availability

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise
• Prices may be updated without prior notice
• Product availability is subject to inventory at the time of order confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable or if incorrect pricing has been displayed

7Orders & Payments

• Penlisse accepts secure online payment and cash on delivery for select regions
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment is received
• Patrons must provide accurate delivery address, contact number, and email
• Payments should be made only through official Penlisse checkout or authorized payment gateways

8Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
• We use insured and discreet courier services for domestic and international shipping

9International Orders

Penlisse ships worldwide. International shipping charges vary depending on:

• Destination country
• Postal / ZIP code
• Parcel weight and dimensions
• Customs and duties (responsibility of the recipient)

Patrons should contact our concierge with order details to receive accurate international shipping quotation.

10Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

We pack all orders with protective packaging and insurance. However, transit handling is beyond our control once the parcel is dispatched.

To request assistance for any damaged, defective, or missing item, patrons must provide a complete unedited unboxing video.

The video should:

• Start before opening the parcel
• Show the sealed package and shipping label
• Show the entire unboxing process from beginning to end
• Clearly display any damage, defect, or missing item

Claims without proper unedited unboxing video may not be accepted, as we cannot verify transit-related issues without visual proof.

11Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

• Change of preference
• Personal dislike of aesthetic choices
• Minor handcrafted variations
• Small surface imperfections, grain variations, or slight finish differences that occur naturally in handcrafted luxury goods

These are considered a normal part of the artisanal crafting process.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the Penlisse website, including:

• Product photographs
• Logos and brand marks
• Brand name
• Graphics and design elements
• Product descriptions
• Packaging designs

is the exclusive property of Penlisse and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

13Patron Conduct

Patrons agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our products or content for unlawful purposes
• Copy or resell our designs as their own
• Harass, abuse, or misuse our communication channels

Penlisse reserves the right to refuse service to patrons engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

• Courier delays beyond our control
• Issues caused by incorrect patron information
• Improper handling or care of products after delivery
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products
